ELDOA & Myofascial Stretching

Focusing on spinal health is imperative for maintaining basic functions as we age. If you're sticky, tight, or compressed in your spine, pelvis, and hips — your body ages itself. We got you.

What is ELDOA

Decompressing the spine with extraordinary precision

ELDOA stands for Étirements Longitudinaux avec Décoaptation Ostéo-Articulaire — a type of exercise that focuses on creating space within the joints of the spine and other areas of the body.

These deceptively simple positions, held for one minute each, produce extraordinary results — decompressing the spine, improving posture, and accelerating recovery.

  • Spinal Health: Relieves back and neck pain by reducing pressure on discs and nerves
  • Improved Posture: Promotes better alignment over time
  • Increased Flexibility: Enhances overall flexibility and mobility
  • Core Strength: Strengthens deep muscles that support the spine
  • Stress Relief: Focused breathing and stretching reduces tension

Max Karish

Lead ELDOA Instructor

An LA native passionate about movement from a young age — gymnastics, martial arts, running, skateboarding. In his early 20s, he began experiencing chronic health issues including pain, insomnia, and depression, despite being told by doctors that he was perfectly healthy.

Frustrated with traditional medicine, Max turned to holistic health practices and discovered ELDOA — a method that transformed his well-being. Inspired by the teachings of Dr. Guy VOYER and Paul CHEK, Max applied these principles to his own life, experiencing significant improvements.

Now, as an ELDOA instructor, Max is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and performance through this unique and effective method.
